The short version
VDA Hub is a private staff app for Vibe Dental Academy, 403 E College St, Pulaski, TN 38478. Only academy staff can sign in. It has no ads and no tracking, and we never sell or share information.
What the app shows and stores
Staff use VDA Hub to manage the academy’s own records: students, leads (people interested in the program), classes, payments, promos, logged calls, tours and team chat messages.
These records are kept in the academy’s private Google Sheets and its GoHighLevel account. The app keeps a copy on the staff member’s phone so it works offline.
Information about staff
- Name and changes: the staff member’s first name, and the changes they make, for the activity history.
- Profile photo: optional. Only the photo they pick is uploaded, in a small size.
- Team chat: messages are stored in a private file that only the academy administrator can open.
- Alerts: if a staff member allows notifications, the app stores a notification token so the academy can send alerts to that phone through Apple and Expo’s notification service.
Face ID and permissions
- Face ID / passcode: if the app lock is on, iOS checks your face or passcode. VDA Hub only learns whether it succeeded, never your biometric data.
- Camera and photos: used only when you choose to set a profile photo.
App updates
To deliver fixes, the app checks for updates with Expo (expo.dev). This sends basic technical details such as the app version and device platform, and none of the academy’s records.
Demo mode
“Try the demo” shows made-up names and numbers. Nothing entered in demo mode is saved or sent anywhere.
Keeping and deleting information
Records are kept as long as the academy needs them for its students and business records. Access for a staff member can be removed at any time. To ask about or delete information the academy holds about you, contact us below.
Children
VDA Hub is for academy staff only and is not directed at children under 13.
