Signing in

Tap your name, then type the 6-digit setup code from Ping. You only do this once per phone. Lost your code? Ask Ping for a new one.

Something didn’t sync

Pull down on any screen to sync. Your changes are saved on the phone even without signal and send by themselves later. If a change shows a problem, open Settings and tap Fix.

Alerts

Choose which alerts you get in Settings → Notifications. If alerts are off for the whole app, turn them on in the iPhone’s Settings → VDA Hub → Notifications.
